FEDERICO GAROFALO (Cosmic Bambino) is an Italian DJ, Music producer, songwriter living in London. He begins his journey with music at only 6 years of age when he goes to see concerts of live classical music and live Jazz bands. He immediately discovers a great passion for Blues, Reggae, Hard Rock.

While he plays the electric guitar when he was a teenager, he starts to get more interested into Jazz fusion, Funk, Disco and Hip Hop, which during the end of the '90s bring him into the world of  New York and Chicago, where he begins to follow the Electronic and House music scene.

The impact of artists like Larry Levan, Tee Scott, Frankie Knuckles, Ron Hardy, Tony Humpries, Kerri Chandler, Louie Vega, Kenny Dope Gonzales, Maw, Todd Terry, Eddie Richards, Terrence Parker, Satoshi Tomiie, Joe Claussell, John Morales, Danny Tenaglia, David Morales and many more are for him the best examples to follow and to create and shape his authentic and original sound.

 

Detroit is another great city where he always has pointed his eyes and concentrated attention on the legendary pioneers of Techno like Derrick May, Juan Atkins, Kevin Saunderson, Jeff Mills and many others.

In 2022 in London, Federico founded his own label named “Infinity & Beyond” and he is currently building up his catalog incorporating a variety of different styles and genres.
